    We went into the store for our food, but the drive thru seemed super busy.
    The service was fast.
    My boys ordered sandwiches and the one with sausage seemed to enjoy it more than the one who had bacon. The bacon was on a bagel which looked like it was toasted a little too hard, but he ate it and seemed to enjoy it.
    My husband had the French cruller donut and loved it.
    I had the coffee and it tasted like coffee. So, not much to add onto that.
    The inside was busy since it was families having a relaxed Saturday morning together so it wasn't too clean (but I'm always annoyed when staff cleans around when there are people all around).

    The competency of some of these employees makes me wonder how Dunkin' runs on them. The woman on the mic was rude af and had no idea what I was ordering when their seasonal promo is plastered everywher. The woman at the window this morning (black shirt, yellow pants) not even a smile, a thank you, or have a good day. Manager was yelling at someone in the back to get off their phone.

    There is no consistency, professionalism, kindness. Just bad attitudes, unmotivated employees, and managers who don't know how to lead a team.

    Absolutely terrible service today from manager, assistant manager and crew. From speed of service to order accuracy to customer service and cleanliness. I waited in the drive through 15 minutes, the drive thru cashier (assistant manager) was oblivious to the recent promos , I asked for go2's bacon egg cheese croissant sub one crossiant bread for bagel but the cashier said this wasn't possible. I told her I would pay more, she said it didn't matter. After going back and forth she figured out how to sub for the bagel bread for an extra $2.00 then she asked me "wait what kind of sandwich" after repeating to her numerous times what I was asking for and clarifying, she was being  slow and facetious with 5 cars behind me in line. So, I decided to enter the lobby and was surprised to find a full staff, Lolly Gaggin and walking around aimlessly. Turns out the drive thru cashier was the assistant manager. The lobby cashier takes my order I ask for the same thing as prior, she doesn't repeat the order doesn't confirm doesn't provide a receipt and the manager prepares and  hands me my order (no gloves on) and it's incorrect.  I asked her to fix it, she got an attitude, and she gave away the sandwiches for free to another customer. Honestly this staff made me late to work and seriously inconvenienced me today and rather than offer an apology or a discount the manager smiled in my face and Rewarded another individual for my inconvenience, are you kidding me who trained this person do they have any customer service or respect at all. When my staff or I make a mistake, I own up to it and apologize like any management leader should. The staff at this location is not trained or supported because the manager at this location does not care. Incredible I got to work and my coffee taste terrible I won't drink it and my sandwich is smashed flat. Thanks Dunkin' Donuts

    The customer service here is awful. They mess up your order and no apology, all you will get is an attitude. Their coffee is amazing but the way they treat you is not pleasant. And the manager was right there watching all this. No thanks, will go someplace else for breakfast next time.

    Out of croissants and chocolate glazed donuts before 11am. Then, ordered an egg ham and cheese muffin, got a bagel egg bacon and cheese instead. Unacceptable for a corporation this big.
